Hatch Early Mood Food in Stillwater, Oklahoma is a happening place! For just opening two weeks prior, it was busy, but we were seated immediately. Did not have to wait long for service. The menu offered so many great choices. Fries were a side choice for my sandwich. I asked if they were frozen or fresh. They were freshly made. Once ordered, our food came out in good timing and was awesome! I was asked if I wanted ketchup for my fries. I usually do, but the seasoning on them was perfect, not overwhelming. No ketchup needed on those fries! Service continued to be superb throughout our stay. Hatch restaurants are opened in other cities, so it increases my chances to go and enjoy another excellent meal. Go and enjoy!

Best breakfast restaurant I’ve tried; that says a lot living in Dallas with more options than you could ever try. The menu has unique options and the food quality and taste is amazing. Service was great and plenty of servers to keep your coffee filled and food served fast. Really wish I had a Hatch close to home, it would be a regular spot for me. If you’re in Stilly, you have to give it a try!

Fantastic food -we had the eggs Benedict and biscuits and gravy and classic breakfast the potatoes were yum! all our meals were so good,presentation made all of our food look so good we could not wait to eat and we will definitely go again. Price reasonable.

The Hatch is fantastic. It was very busy at 10:30am on a Saturday, but that is also probably because it was graduation weekend. We were able to sit 4 of us at the bar and avoid waiting for a table. The only reason I gave it 4 stars for Atmosphere is because it was a bit loud, but with that it was busy and we sat right in front of the kitchen. Sitting at the bar gave us a front seat at watching the kitchen work. They were cranking out some good food, and the person expediting food and I assume the head chef were making sure everything was perfect. I saw them only a couple of times reject something that came up to the pass. That's the kind of quality control you want in a restaurant. Food and staff were fantastic. Making sure we had everything we needed and did that with a smile on their faces even though they were extremely busy. Brunch prices were reasonable, most items were about 10-14. There were some items 17-20 but you got lots of food for that price. This is going to be our new brunch spot in Stillwater.

grabbed the lavender latte avocado toast and lemme just say—it hit the spot. The vibes were right, the service was quick, and parking was actually easy (bless up). Super cute spot to slow down, refuel, and romanticize your morning routine. 10/10 recommend for fellow freelancers, road-trippers, or anyone chasing a solid breakfast with good energy.

Absolutely wonderful dining experience! The atmosphere was relaxing, our waitress was great and the food was superb! I enjoyed the deep fried eggs and "the kitchen sink".

Ate out on the patio with infrared heaters to take the chill off. Loved the fresh croissant. Coffee is a little pricey. 12/24 dined in had a classic breakfast, and it was all good! Got in early and there was plenty of seating. By the time we left, it was filling up.

Hatch never disappoints. This was my first time at the Stillwater location. Everything on the menu is delicious. This time I had the chicken and waffles. It comes with white gravy. All of it was delicious. Bloody Mary was great too! Don't sleep on the orange croissants! Chefs kiss. Even leftover it is still yummy.
